Terms & Conditions

These are not Party Boats.  We are a small community at Constitution Marina and your neighbors can be quite close.  If you want to have a birthday party for 12 of your closest friends these B&B vessels are not for you. Overnight accommodations are limited and even the number of guests you have visiting with you are limited according to the boat you are on.  The maximum capacity of our largest vessels is limited to 4 over-night guests and 4 additional day-time only guests.  If you wanted to have a small party we recommend that you inquire about one of our many charter vessels where you can enjoy a sunset cruise or visit one of the many Boston Harbor islands.

Bed & Breakfast Afloat vessels do differ from a standard hotel room and most people feel that this adds a certain charm and seaside ambiance to the accommodations. Please keep in mind that you will be staying on a boat and there will normally be some movement – most people find this very comforting. The boats are spread throughout Constitution Marina and there will be a short walk to your Bed & Breakfast vessel. If you have any mobility issues please contact us prior to booking your reservation.

Cooking is not allowed on any of the Bed & Breakfast vessels.

Quiet time is from 11pm – 8am. Dock staff has the right to ask you to vacate the boat if this rule is abused or if we have received reports of rowdiness. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Please note that prices are subject to change and special event rates may apply.

Gilligan and the Skipper would love this! We live very near to Boston, and had never heard of this unique "hotel". Found it by accident while looking for a different place. So glad we did! We stayed on the Rozinante for one night in August just as a birthday celebration. It is a 57 foot sailboat, with 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, and a comfortable living room and a nice deck. It has a great location on Constitution Wharf near to the USS Constitution. It is within fairly easy walking distance to the Italian North End, and the view from the deck is really unique. The owner was readily available to answer questions. The price was reasonable. And the boat has a hot tub next to the master bedroom. The only downside would be for anyone with limited mobility, getting up and down from below deck would be difficult.
Rozinante Sailboat is worth it! We stayed in/on the Rozinante sailboat for four nights. The location, boat, staff - everything was great. Great views, great location to walk to nearly any point of interest in Boston or Charlestown. We had a great time and highly recommend.

B&B on a boat Fun! This was a unique place to spend our nights in Boston! The Marina is close to downtown, right on the Freedom trail, steps from Constitution museum, close to the hop on/hop off busses so lots of ways to get to and from it. Limited restaurants in the area, but enough. I would recommend them, and I would stay there again!
Sea Chalet was fantastic! Wanted a different kind of stay for a night in Boston and decided to rent the Sea Chalet. Such a great find! We were parked on the very end near the bridge, so it was quite a long walk to get to the boat but the views were fantastic- an unobstructed view of the harbor. The room was clean and had a nice patio for us to sit and watch boats and traffic go by. We loved that we could park our car overnight and just walk in to the north end of Boston and back with no issues. And they give you vouchers for breakfast at a little cafe up the way. Bed was very comfy. We will definitely be back. There was one small issue with the a/c going out at the end of our stay, but we did notify the staff and hopefully they were able to fix it.
The Port Stayed in the Port houseboat for three nights. Loved it. The people at the marina that live on there boats are so friendly. The houseboat itself is nice. Full size bathroom and bedroom. Refrigerator and tv. Could walk to Charlestown restaurants(warren tavern excellent). Took the water taxi which is right at the marina, also Uber to long wharf. Water taxi 12.00 per person each way. Uber to long wharf/north end about 17.00 total each way. The marina has a small pool and grills which are short walk from the houseboat. Not to forget the houseboat has a lovely deck with table and chairs to enjoy the outside.
Loved It! I stayed in "Port" recently. Very quiet, beautiful flowers nearby and the gentle rocking of the room lulled me to sleep. I needed some time alone to read and relax and this location was perfect. Will be back.

Perfect in every way! Had reservations on a boat that had a small issue but the folks moved us to a nicer boat for no extra cost. Loved “In The Moment” and highly recommend staying at the marina whether you boat in or rent for a few nights. Amenities were great but the staff is what makes this place so nice. Kudos to you’ll!!
